After watching the June NWC DVD I decided I have been stuck in the snaffle and want to try to move on. Ranae and I talk about the transition, the challenges, and why we think it's important.
And, we do more team sorting! I'll tell you about my experience being team up with two distinct groups - a Downunder group and a non-Downunder group. It was all good and we learned a lot.
We recorded this in our garden on a lovely Sunday afternoon. We hope the ambient noise is not too much of a distraction.
